I got a Livescan done for a warranty on a new catalytic converter. However the first time through I was charged even though they couldn’t complete the test, which was a little frustrating. I had to push a bit, but ultimately they did a good job arranging a retest after repairs and explaining what was going on with my car. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They know what they’re doing.

I took them my 2020 Range Rover Because I heard a rubbing sound when applying the brakes. They discerned the problem and repaired it. Not only did they take care of the brake issue, but also addressed a couple of other issues that would soon become problematic. I really appreciate their expertise, their professionalism, and the cleanliness of their shop.

Requested regular servicing for my 3500 Dodge RAM and the work was completed quickly. Also requested them to look at a faulty blower motor, which they did. Parts arrived which were defective, so Burrough persisted until the correct and working parts were installed. They also found this part to be under warranty, so there was no additional cost to me. Very satisfied.

I had my car serviced here a few times. They are very good at communication. The front desk guys are super helpful & knowledgeable. However I think the service tech needs to be more organized & well trained. The reason I say this was that a small piece was missing from my gear box after repair services with this company. Luckily nino helped me with resolving the issue. After this last oil change with the them, I noticed a sound coming from the right side tire section every time I turn right on my car. I don't want to bother them again because they would think I am scamming them smh
