Requested regular servicing for my 3500 Dodge RAM and the work was completed quickly. Also requested them to look at a faulty blower motor, which they did. Parts arrived which were defective, so Burrough persisted until the correct and working parts were installed. They also found this part to be under warranty, so there was no additional cost to me. Very satisfied.

I had my car serviced here a few times. They are very good at communication. The front desk guys are super helpful & knowledgeable. However I think the service tech needs to be more organized & well trained. The reason I say this was that a small piece was missing from my gear box after repair services with this company. Luckily nino helped me with resolving the issue. After this last oil change with the them, I noticed a sound coming from the right side tire section every time I turn right on my car. I don't want to bother them again because they would think I am scamming them smh
