Our 1999 Cadillac Deville broke down while out of the area. We had it towed to Burrough & Sons. They found the problem and gave us an estimate. We keep our older vehicles because we have Burrough & Sons if something goes wrong. We depend on them because of the great service they have given us for 25 years plus.

Nino did work on my car that I did not authorize. Based on his diagnosis he said my A/C would be fixed for approximately $700. Later I learned that WITHOUT MY PERMISSION he had ordered parts and installed them that would run the cost up to about $900. He justified it by saying that he had tried to reach me. But he hadn't reached me and I did not give my permission. That's unethical and I will not be going back there.
