I came to them to ask about my A/C. Jacob took one look at the lines and was up front and honest with telling me they couldn't help (not yet anyway; they might get the machine soon!). I appreciated the honesty and proceeded to ask if they could fit me in for maintenance, and he said come back tomorrow right when they open. Fast forward to the morning, and Nino promptly comes and speaks to me in a polite manner. I explained my situation and knew they were doing me a major favor, and they ended up getting me in and out within a hour. Long story short, these guys are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and I will definitely be trying to use them for my maintenance in the future. Thank you!!

GREAT ALL AROUND

For years my truck's brakes were intermittently slipping and Burroughs's technicians were able to figure out what was wrong and get my truck working properly.
