I just want to thank you and your automotive employees for having an impeccable automotive service shop. At 68, I drive minimally nowadays. I go to Safeway, the VA Clinic and visit my Son, Laura & my grandkids. I was shocked and even embarrassed to learn that rodents had infested my engine. I just wanted to thank you and the staff for the work done and the trust and thoroughness the team at Burrough’s provides for their customers. 👍🏻✝️😉🇺🇸

Consistently the best. There are only a few honest shops left. This is one of them. No BS. Tom insists on Quality parts and service. You get what you pay for. Bottom line, this is where I take my cars to, because I trust them and they do quality work. The only shop I recommend.

I’m so thankful I finally found a trusted mechanic shop like Burrough & Sons. A family member referred me to them. They’re very professional and Nino who I contacted was very thorough in explaining the repairs, etc. He answered all of my questions and I was very satisfied with the service performed on my 2011 BMW. I would definitely recommend Burrough & Sons for all of your vehicle repairs.

I hope they don’t treat their customers like they treat vendors. They hired my firm to provide training for them and just before we were to start they canceled on us, very last minute. No explanation at all. No integrity at all.

Always friendly helpful service. Going above a beyond many times with my old vehicle. Almost like family the way they treat you.

Beware of classic unnecessary up-selling here. I believe these guys are desperate in the COVID situation. Would not finish alignment due to “frozen tie rods” and quoted me $700 for alignment and tie rods. I had my technician that I have been using for five years show me this is not true. Crazy.
