I'd like to thank Burrough & Sons for, once again. finding and fixing an obscure problem with my truck. My truck was dead, it was as if the battery had been pulled although it had run just fine the day before. Buddies told me it had happened to them and just to buy a new battery and that was all that was wrong. I was sceptical and had AAA take it to Burroughs. I told them the problem and they said they'd check it out. They called, it was ready. I got there, paid, and went out and got in my truck to go home. Dead. I went back and told them, they had the mechanic who worked on it come and talk to me and check it out. He said the old battery was bad and replaced it and had found a drain on the battery and fixed that. The truck had started and run perfectly. By the time I got back in the office an Uber, already paid for, pulled up to take me home. They called the next day having discovered another but more obscure drain on the battery-a relay switch on the AC compressor. I went to pick up my truck and only had to pay for the switch since their work is guaranteed. My truck runs better than ever. I would recommend Burrough and Sons to anyone who wants a mechanic who never gives excuses, they just give results.
