I do not recommend this place. They over book and under perform, all talk and no action. I brought my vehicle in the night before to be serviced by the afternoon for a simple oil change and visual inspection. I came to the facility at around 11:30a and the vehicle hadn't been touched. Call back at 3 o'clock and the same story. These people totally waisted my time and my day. I will think twice before returning. Wow! They say they are community focused, and value their customers like family, far from it, sure wasn't my experience.

Small town so everyone has an opinion and mine is based on personal experience bringing my car here, getting work done that fixes the issue, having fantastic - truly - customer support, from the kid who doesn’t work there anymore who spent 30 minutes helping me find a set of tires for $20 less than Goodyear- better tires, too, to the dude who owns the place and still won’t sell me his Toyota Jeep, this place is good. No ripoffs, no, “oh we found this expensive additional issue,” none of the nonsense the dealer gets away with once your warranty runs out “oh, the battery for this car is $990.00 and then we have to ‘reprogram the computer,’ that’s another $550, so your battery replacement is $2099.99 after tax, California special laws and we did notice your windshield wipers are wearing, special item dealer only $119 for them we went ahead and replaced them, it’s july, the twin will be here before you know it....”. NONE OF THAT! It sounds odd but just an honest shop, mechanics seem to care and the owner sure does. Rides home, extra attention and ‘have another,’ when I eyeball the mini snickers by the door.

Clean, neat, well organized shop with experienced technicians and courteous personnel. They not only respect the clients they also respect their vehicles.

I highly recommend Burroughs and Sons Automotive for any of your vehicle needs; I am a return customer and I will continue to be. I am never disappointed by the service or cordial staff members.

As always everyone involved was very helpful, and they did my 60,000 mile checkup. I'm very happy with the service I received and completely trust them with any work performed.

2015 Chrysler 200 Limited

This is my first time here and I am being treated with professional, knowledgable, patient, personal individuals. They are not finished with my car but when they are I will leave another review.

Brought in a 1964 Plymouth Valiant Signet to Burrough and Sons shop. To make it dependable and safe to drive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to take my vehicle in for a smog check with less than 10 minutes notice. That really saved my day! Very reasonable price and also did a multi point inspection of all my fluids and brakes. I will definitely come back with any services that I need.
