I was referred to this team, because of their ability to not just perform with excellence, but to follow through and offer great communication as well. The shop is friendly, and you can sense a great deal of ownership there. Personally, handling things you were never taught in life is hard. Tom and his team do a great job explaining every detail, very patient and detailed to the work they do. It is obvious that the character of the shop and team is creating a peace for drivers on the road. It is also the first car shop where you receive a welcome note:)
