The mechanics were able to get my car started after it was towed in to find out what the problem was which they accomplished right away. Being that it is a hybrid & this is something that is not their specialty, they were able to provide a report of the findings & referred me to a specialist who could take care of it for me. Nevertheless, they got my car running & I was able to drive it home. I followed their recommendation & got it taken care of. I really appreciated all of the care they gave me, giving me & my dog a ride home after having to be towed to their shop, along with the service provided for something they could not do this time but could & would have if it had been different. In spite of having to take my car elsewhere this time, I will continue to bring my business to Burroughs first for everything. They are outstanding in what they do& the fabulous service they offer.
