I was referred to this team, because of their ability to not just perform with excellence, but to follow through and offer great communication as well. The shop is friendly, and you can sense a great deal of ownership there. Personally, handling things you were never taught in life is hard. Tom and his team do a great job explaining every detail, very patient and detailed to the work they do. It is obvious that the character of the shop and team is creating a peace for drivers on the road. It is also the first car shop where you receive a welcome note:)

The mechanics were able to get my car started after it was towed in to find out what the problem was which they accomplished right away. Being that it is a hybrid & this is something that is not their specialty, they were able to provide a report of the findings & referred me to a specialist who could take care of it for me. Nevertheless, they got my car running & I was able to drive it home. I followed their recommendation & got it taken care of. I really appreciated all of the care they gave me, giving me & my dog a ride home after having to be towed to their shop, along with the service provided for something they could not do this time but could & would have if it had been different. In spite of having to take my car elsewhere this time, I will continue to bring my business to Burroughs first for everything. They are outstanding in what they do& the fabulous service they offer. We have trusted Tom & his crew for years and will always continue to do so. Tracy Wood
